The Washington Lottery embeds all game data — including prize tier counts, odds, and print volumes — directly in the page source as a single JSON object. This means our surveillance system achieves 100% EV coverage for all 59 active WA games, with zero estimation error in ticket-count denominators.
States that require us to estimate total tickets from overall odds (rather than explicit print counts) introduce noise into EV/$ calculations. Washington does not have this problem, which makes it one of our highest-confidence state datasets.

2. The standout: a $10 game with unusually favorable tier survival.
One $10 game (not named here due to a potential data update in the next 24h — check the live game page) shows 82% of tickets sold but only 31% of top-prize count claimed. This inversion — where sell-through outpaces top-prize redemption — is exactly what our models are designed to detect.
Current EV/$ is 1.03. The P50 sell-out is ~35 days out at current drainage.
